I grew up in a small town in the middle of the Alps. I love adventures, traveling, exploring nature. As Trainer and Yoga teacher I feel deeply connected to the natural systems and I'm looking forward to sharing this experience with you!

I used to be a professional figure skater and I was caught in the glitter and glamour of this sport. I spent some time in the USA and I met an outdoor-crew that changed my life. I started to like being dirty.

Being outdoors gives me the opportunity to focus back on simplicity, on what really matters in life, the basic needs of humanity: eating, sleeping and moving. I love to enjoy the beauty of nature, especially while climbing, paragliding and hiking.

The love for the outdoors drove me to live my life in the mountains surrounded by the nature that keeps my heart beating higher every single day. The time in the mountains and at the ocean let me feel so much alive and bring me in balance with myself. Outdoorchicks is a great opportunity to share this passion with a lot of great personalities.

My thirst for spending time outdoors brought me to Innsbruck. As soon as I'm out there with friends doing sports, an endless feeling of happiness kicks in. Everything just multiplies its value x1000 if its done in nature!

Mountains truly mean home to me. When I am outdoors - running, skitouring, climbing, skiing, surfing, sleeping in a tent or just watching the sun set I feel like I am exactly where I should be. Sharing this passion with others is pure happiness.
